Joseph-Andr\u00e9 stammt aus Saint-Tropez und erwarb einen Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen an der McGill University in Montreal. Er setzte sein Jurastudium fort und schloss dieses mit einem Master II in fundamentalem Privatrecht an der Universit\u00e4t Paris Nanterre ab, bevor er die Anwaltsschule der Berufungsgerichtsbezirks Versailles besuchte. Nach seiner Ausbildung in mehreren Pariser Kanzleien trat er dem Cabinet Pothet bei, um die dort entwickelte allgemeine Rechtspraxis fortzusetzen.<\/p>
